I go by Riss but my names Marissa. I'm 20 years old and a junior in college.

Aside from the general information that normally bores a person, I've been a Third Eye Blind fan since my elementary days at 10 years old. I guess that would be about 10 years. On a personal level I'm studing to be an Educator and volleyball takes over most of my life, daily. Eventually I will be traveling and studying in other countries such as England.

Music is something that has been a part of my life since I can remember. It's my escape as most say. I'm a writer and just like the next person I write down the first thing that comes to my head 24/7. I have many likes, I'm a pretty unique individual. I get sweaty at volleyball practice and then get my melo on while writing a novel. My music taste defines who I am. I don't go for the ghetto rap stuff or the hick country stuff. I'm more of an indie rock kind of person. Most of my music consists of 90s bands and I just can't get enough of it.

I watch to much television when I actually have time to sit for more than 20 minutes. I take pictures but I wouldn't call myself a photographer. I'm a sucker for lyrics with a meaning. I enjoy my super nintendo on a daily basis. Mario would be my game of choice. Concerts are a hobby of mine and I will tend to camp out in line at around noon when the concert isn't until 7. As for the rest of my life, I'm a democrat but that doesn't necessarily mean I agree with all of it. I stand for what I believe is right. I'm a Christian but again I'm far away from perfect.
