so for the last week i have been making the best of it while trying to crawl out of the hole of having a nasty cold. inspired by the crowd, i get all stoked but i've felt fevers and sniffles, blah blah.
when i play, i am always looking for something authentic and massive to take over me, hard to do when you're stuffed up. anyway, the short of it is, i felt this warmth come over me when i was playing tonight in san antonio. it felt like warmth and a soft amber light humming in my heart. it made me feel giving, or something like that. i don't know. i just love that about playing.
ah yes, so to fulfill my promise to go to tvcy, i went to visit and read the laws which said that you have to spell because bad spelling makes you sound dumb which means i am thusly counted out since i cannot spell and have spent most of my formative years being told that i was dumb (the word i think that was meant was stupid, but whateves).

i officially have h1n1, swine flu, i have been sick as a dog, i hate having a fever!
to top it off, i now have pneumonia in both lungs and i have to work tonight, i want to crawl in a hole too! move over.

I wasn't at the San Antonio show, but I was at the SD show. I was right in the middle singing every word to every song. Damn I had waited 13 years to see you play and I don't understand why. However, since this was my first 3eb show, it goes down as the best show I've been to. A pair of drumsticks, guitar pics, a setlist, and having you single me out in the crowd and shaking my hand. Best moment of music obsessed life. Stephan you rocked my world. I hope to be able to meet you one day and be able to tell you the freedom I feel listening to your soul through your music.
