so i had an mri done because my neck was just killing me and it turns out that a surfing injury i had a few years ago where i thought i was almost paralized, actually did crush some bones in my neck. ouchy fkn mama! the doctor told me that i was "at risk." holy shit. that meant if i slammed it good and hard agian, i could loose all feeling in my arms.
so what to do now? play safe? avoid risk? i so don't want to be that way. i think there is all this adventure out there and i want to dive into it. so today, i am ever so lucky to be snow boarding in colorado and i was a bit scared and then it came to me-- you can't go around acting out of fear. you've got to let things flow and do your best even when life does its worst, and have confidence that it's going to work out.
the lies that have been passed around lately have bothered me, but i take the lessons from above. also, a messed up neck reminds you not to stoop.

yea we pretty much don't trust you anymore, we thought you were on the way to earning back our trust after the whole thing with Kevin. interesting how history repeats itself. And if you are innocent by all means claim your innocence. If your not, stay silent as you are...... your silence is deafening!

Well, on the bright side, the sorts of fans that buy into your p.r. can't construct sentences and misspell "no". (I know, seems easy, right?).
